1. يجب على المستأجر استلام المركبة من الفرع المخصص للشركة، كما يوافق على إعادتها إلى نفس الفرع في اليوم والوقت المحددين. وفي حالة عدم إعادة المركبة حسب المتفق عليه، يتم فرض رسوم إضافية حتى يستلمها موظف الشركة.

§   The vehicle must be picked up from the company’s designated branch by the hirer, who also agrees to return it to the same branch on the specified day and time. If the car is not returned as agreed upon, further charges will be imposed until the company representative receives it back.

2. من خلال التوقيع على هذا المستند، يؤكد المستأجر أن الشركة زودته بسيارة نظيفة، وفي حالة قيادة جيدة ومكيف هواء يعمل ومبرد السيارة وخزان الزيت ممتلئان.

§   By signing this document, the hirer confirms that the company provided him with a car that is clean, in good driving condition, with a functioning air conditioner, and with both the radiator and oil reservoir full.

3. يجب على المستأجر دفع إجمالي مبلغ الإيجار في وقت الاستلام.

§   The Hirer must pay total rental amount at the time of pick up.

4. يجب على المستأجر دفع مبلغ تأمين عند توقيع هذا العقد، وهو إلزامي ويعتمد على نوع السيارة. يتم صرف هذا المبلغ بعد ثلاثين (30) يومًا من إعادة المركبات، مع مراعاة أي خصومات قابلة للتطبيق.

§   The Hirer must pay a security deposit at the time of signing this agreement, which is mandatory and depending on the vehicle type. This deposit will be released thirty (30) days after the return of the vehicles, subject to any applicable deductions.

5. تقع مسؤولية العناية بالمركبة بالكامل على عاتق المستأجر منذ استلامها حتى إعادتها إلى الشركة.

§   It is entirely the hirer’s responsibility to care for the vehicle from the time it is picked up until it is returned to the company.

6. يجب على المستأجر إعادة السيارة نظيفة تمامًا وخالية من أي متعلقات شخصية، حيث لا تكون الشركة مسؤولة عن أي أغراض متبقية في السيارة بعد إعادتها. يتم فرض رسوم قدرها 500 درهم إماراتي في حالة إعادة السيارة بمقصورة داخلية متسخة للغاية (مثل القمامة على الأرض أو بقايا الطعام وما إلى ذلك) أو في حالة وجود دليل على التدخين.

§   The hirer must return the vehicle completely clean and free of any personal belongings, as the company will not be responsible for any items left in the vehicle after it is returned. A fee of 500 AED will be charged if the car is returned with a very dirty interior (such as trash on the floor, leftover food, etc.) or if there is evidence of smoking.

7. تتوفر خدمات الاستلام والتوصيل مقابل رسوم إضافية بناءً على طلب العميل.

§   Pickup and delivery services are available at an additional charge upon customer request.

8. أي ضرر أو أجزاء مفقودة من السيارة يتم التعرف عليها من الشركة عند إعادتها، حتى في غياب المستأجر، يتحمل رسومًا بناءً على تكلفة الإصلاح المقدرة التي يحددها جراج الشركة. المستأجر ملزم بدفع هذه الرسوم دون نزاع. الإطارات وحواف العجلات وأغطية العجلات والمفاتيح لا يتم تغطيتها بالتأمين ما لم يتم ذكر ذلك على وجه التحديد في تقرير الشرطة.

§   Any damage or missing parts of the car identified by the Company upon its return, even in the absence of the Hirer, will incur charges based on an estimated repair cost determined by the Company Garage. The Hirer is obligated to pay these charges without dispute. Tires, wheel rims, wheel caps, and keys are not covered under insurance unless specifically mentioned in the police report.

9. للشركة الحق الكامل في الإفصاح عن أي معلومات تخص المستأجر أو موقع السيارة للجهات الحكومية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة عند الطلب، ولا يحق للمستأجر مقاضاة الشركة أو اللجوء إلى القضاء أو طلب تعويض عن هذا الإجراء.

§   The company has the complete right to disclose any information regarding the hirer or the vehicle’s location to government authorities in the UAE upon request. The hirer shall not be entitled to sue, seek legal recourse, or request compensation from the company for this action.

10. يجب على المستأجر دفع أي غرامات مستحقة بموجب عقده فورًا عند إبلاغه بذلك.

§   The hirer must pay any penalties due under his contract immediately upon being informed.

11. تحتفظ الشركة بالحق في فصل السيارة وإيقافها في أي وقت.

§   The company reserves the right to disconnect and stop the vehicle at any time.

12. الحد الأقصى المسموح به للمسافة اليومية هو 250 كيلومترًا، وأي مسافة تتجاوز هذا الحد يتم فرض رسوم قدرها 0.35 درهمًا إماراتيًا لكل كيلومتر، وبالنسبة لسيارات الدفع الرباعي، يتم فرض رسوم قدرها 2.5 درهمًا إماراتيًا لكل كيلومتر إضافي.

§   The daily mileage allowance is 250 kilometers. Any distance beyond this limit will be charged at a rate of AED 0.35 per kilometer. For SUVs, it will be charged 2.5AED/km for each extra.

13. يتم فرض رسوم إضافية قدرها درهم إماراتي واحد لكل عبور سالك/درب. يُرجى العلم أن أسعار عبور سالك قد تتغير دون إخطار مسبق.

§   A fee will be charged with 1-AED additional for each Salik/DARB crossing. Please note that Salik crossing rates are subject to change without prior notice.

14. يجب أن يكون المستأجر بعمر 25 عامًا على الأقل لقيادة سيارة مستأجرة، ويجب أن تكون رخصة قيادته/ قيادتها سارية ولم يمض عليها عام واحد. في حالة عدم سريانها:

§   The Hirer must be at least 25 years old to drive a rental car, and his/her Driving license must be valid and one-year-old. In the event that it isn’t:

15. يتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية 40% من تكاليف الإصلاح أو الخسارة الكلية لمركبته أو أصوله، وكذلك أي مركبة أو أصول تابعة لطرف خارجي، في حال تم تشغيل المركبة بواسطة سائق يقل عمره عن 25 عامًا ويمتلك رخصة قيادة يقل عمرها عن عام واحد.

§   The hirer is responsible for 40% of the repair or total loss expenses for their own vehicle or asset, as well as any third-party vehicle or asset, if the vehicle is driven by a driver under the age of 25 with a driving license less than one-year-old.

16. يتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية 20٪ من تكاليف الإصلاح أو الخسارة الكلية لمركبته أو أصوله، وكذلك أي مركبة أو أصول تابعة لطرف خارجي، في حال تم تشغيل المركبة بواسطة سائق يقل عمره عن 25 عامًا ويمتلك رخصة قيادة منذ أكثر من عام واحد.

§   The hirer is responsible for 20% of the repair or total loss expenses for their own vehicle or asset, as well as any third-party vehicle or asset, if driven by a driver under the age of 25 with a driving license older than one year.

17. يتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية 20% من تكاليف الإصلاح أو الخسارة الكلية لمركبته أو أصوله، وكذلك أي مركبة أو أصول لطرف خارجي، في حال تم تشغيل المركبة بواسطة سائق يزيد عمره عن 25 عامًا ويمتلك رخصة قيادة منذ أقل من عام واحد.

§   The hirer is responsible for 20% of the repair or total loss costs for their own vehicle or asset, as well as any third-party vehicle or asset, if the vehicle is operated by a driver above the age of 25 with a driving license less than one year old.

18. يتم احتساب الأسعار اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية على أساس 24 ساعة.

§   Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are calculated on a 24-hour basis.

19. يتم احتساب الإيجارات الشهرية على أساس فترة تأجير ثلاثين (30) يومًا.

§   Monthly rentals are calculated based on a thirty (30) day rental period.

20. يجب صيانة السيارة كل 10,000 كيلومتر، أو كل ستة أشهر، أو كلما أشارت لوحة القيادة إلى الحاجة للصيانة. يتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية إخطار الشركة على الفور.

§   The car must be serviced every 10,000 kilometers, every six months, or whenever the dashboard indicates that service is due. The Hirer is responsible for notifying the company immediately.

21. يُبَلِّغ المستأجر الشركة على الفور بأي عطل ميكانيكي أو تلف. في حالة تعطل المركبة، توفر الشركة مركبة بديلة حسب التوفر.

§   The Hirer shall promptly notify the Company of any mechanical failure or damage. In the event of a vehicle breakdown, the Company will provide a replacement vehicle based on availability.

22. في حالة وقوع حادث، يجب على المستأجر إبلاغ الشركة والشرطة قبل تحريك السيارة. يجب تقديم تقرير الشرطة من قبل المستأجر؛ فإذا لم يتم الحصول على هذا التقرير، لا تدفع شركة التأمين للشركة ويتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية أي أضرار. يدفع المستأجر 1000 درهم إماراتي كفرق تأمين إذا كان هو المتسبب في الحادث.

§   In the event of an accident, the Hirer must inform the Company and the police before removing the car. A police report must be submitted by the hirer; if this report is not obtained, the insurer will not pay the company and the hirer will be held liable for any damages. The hirer will pay 1000 AED in excess insurance if he is at fault.

23. يلزم تقديم تقرير الشرطة لأي تلف في المركبة، بما في ذلك الأضرار الناجمة عن الكوارث الطبيعية أو المخاطر الأخرى، إذا تضررت المركبة بأي شكل من الأشكال خلال مدة عقد الإيجار هذا. يؤدي عدم تقديم تقرير الشرطة أثناء وجود المركبة في حيازة المستأجر إلى استمرار الشركة في تحصيل رسوم الإيجار من المستأجر وفرض رسوم لجميع الإصلاحات اللازمة.

§   A police report is required for any damage to the vehicle, including damage caused by natural disasters or other hazards, if the vehicle is damaged in any way during the term of this rental agreement. Failure to provide a police report while the vehicle is in the hirer’s possession will result the Company continuing to bill the hirer for the rental amount and charging for all necessary repairs.

24. لا يجوز للمستأجر استخدام المركبة للإيجار، أو التجمعات الرياضية أو السباقات أو القيادة على الطرق الوعرة أو التحميل الزائد أو السحب أو تجاوز الحد الأقصى لعدد الركاب. لا يغطي التأمين أي أضرار أو خسائر ناتجة عن هذه الحالات.

§   The Hirer shall not use the vehicle for hire, rallying, racing, off-road driving, overloading, towing, or exceeding the passenger limit. Insurance will not cover damages or losses incurred in these situations.

25. لا يجوز للمستأجر تأجير المركبة من الباطن أو استخدامها لأغراض غير قانونية أو جنائية أو غير مصرح بها. لا يغطي التأمين أي أضرار أو خسائر ناتجة عن هذه الحالات.

§   The Hirer shall not sublet the vehicle or use it for illegal, criminal, or unauthorized purposes. Insurance will not cover any damages or losses incurred in such cases.

26. يجوز للشركة إنهاء العقد واستعادة المركبة وفرض رسوم إنهاء مبكر إذا أساء المستأجر استخدام المركبة أو تورط في أنشطة غير قانونية أو جنائية أو تراكم العديد من الحوادث أو الغرامات أو تخلف عن سداد رسوم الإيجار والغرامات.

§   The Company may terminate the contract, reclaim the vehicle, and impose early termination fees if the Hirer misuses the vehicle, engages in illegal or criminal activities, accumulates multiple accidents or fines, or fails to pay rental charges and penalties.

27. لا يجوز للمستأجر أخذ المركبة خارج دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

§   The Hirer shall not take the vehicle outside of the UAE.

28. لا يجوز للمستأجر السماح لأفراد غير مُصرح لهم بإصلاح أو تعديل المركبة دون الحصول على موافقة كتابية مُسبقة من الشركة. تؤدي التعديلات غير المُصرح بها إلى فرض رسوم، بما في ذلك رسوم إدارية قدرها 2000 درهم إماراتي.

§   The Hirer shall not permit unauthorized individuals to repair or modify the vehicle without prior written approval from the Company. Unauthorized modifications will result in charges, including an administrative fee of AED 2,000.

29. في حالة الإنهاء المبكر من أي من الطرفين، لا يتم استرداد مبلغ الإيجار اليومي أو الشهري أو الأسبوعي للأيام المتبقية.

§   In the event of early termination by either party, daily, monthly, or weekly rental amount will not be refunded for the remaining days.

30. يجب على المستأجر إعادة السيارة إلى المكتب بين الساعة 9:00 صباحًا و 6:00 مساءً. قد يؤدي عدم القيام بذلك إلى فرض رسوم إيجار إضافية، أو عدم القدرة على إنهاء العقد.

§   The Hirer must return the car to the office between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Failure to do so may result in additional rental charges, or the inability to close the contract.

31. في حال تم حجز المركبة، يتحمل العميل المسؤولية عن تعويض شركة كفو عن رسوم الحجز وفقدان إيراد الإيجار.

§   If the vehicle is impounded, the customer is responsible for compensating KAFO for both the impoundment fee and the loss of rental income.
